I have been playing it for sometime now and has been no catch that I have found. I havent come across any spyware either.

I started playing after your other post. Its a demo download until the retail version comes out. Its a blast, little to no lag, fast connect to lobbies, Rank increases available, weapon upgrades. Its a really fun first person shooter
my name over there is "mikey36" I like the Urban and large maps the best. I usually play after 9:00 central (past the kiddo's bed time)

My laptop is as useful for gaming as tits on a boar, so I'll have to use another system to D/L it.

I am not sure i like it yet... The spray and registration seem way off. I hate the mouse control on the automobiles and motorbike ( but a motorcycle is cool ) Also no joystick control for plane/ helicopters stinks.

The taunts are fun, but useless.
The running diving rolls are way to fast, unrealistic, and I can macro that to my mouse and do that all over the map - super annoying and almost impossible to kill.
