I have been using Firefox 1.0 and liked it.

Opera is just as quick as Firefox, but I do not like the advertising.

I gave up on Internet Explorer long ago.

I think it still comes down to personal favorites.

Yep, IE is my personal fave.

I have FireFox on my PC, but I like the bookmarking system better in IE, and most pages are written for IE, so it displays pages without any glitches.

Now if Microsoft would add tabs to IE, it would make it even better.
I do like the Fox's tabbed browsing.

Corey may be referring to how bookmarks are stored on disk.

In IE each bookmark is a directory entry (for some stoopid reason); in Firefox (and all Netscape derivitives and most other browsers) each bookmark is an entry in a single file, usually called bookmarks.html.

The single file approach makes it painfully simple to copy your bookmarks to another machine, or to make backups, or to edit them in a text editor.
