whenever i post i automatically subscribe, how do i turn this off?

Go to:
- User CP - On left hit Edit Options - Scroll down to Messaging and Notification section (2nd section down on Edit Options page) - Go to Default Thread Subscription Mode - Use the pull-down menu and hit "Do not subscribe"
