Should I not be using WinMX while trying that test?
And what about going through a router? Is it accurate? Or a split up connection?

Guess this is all I get for $15 a month. There are two other computers on the router besides mine right now downloading, I wonder if that has anything to do with it being slower than the others.

Is there a way I can change my upload speed so I can D/L faster?
Seems you guys beat me in download and I win in upload, but download is more important to me. Quote:
