Splitting large movie files

Hey all,

Is there a way to split a large movie file (something like 800 megs) so that it can be burned on to 2 CDs?

I'm not sure what format it's in - I think WMV but I'll have to ask.

I googled for 'splitting moves' and came up with this
thread about using TMPGEnc.

TMPGEnc is located at

There's a 30 day free trial.

I offer another place to look for 'free' software that's in beta.

www.sourceforge.net

Software publishers and programmers put their warz here for people to test. Linux, Mac, Unix and Windows applications can be found.

Below is the link to the video section.

http://sourceforge.net/softwaremap/t...p?form_cat=125

Good luck!
