That is pretty low, especially for a high end game such at UT III.
At least a 2.66 (I think that is the speed) for a duo core, and a 2.4 quad core for that game.
Plus 2 GB of RAM at a minimum for UT.
Even UT 2004 runs way better with 2 GB of system RAM.
