Resizing an animated GIF

I often will use an online site to rezise animated GIFs or to make one I find online into a clear animated GIF with no background color.

I want to size the picture below that I made out of JPGs and converted them to GIFs, then animated them with Microsoft GIF Animator.

I know I can grab the JPGs again, convert to GIFs, and animate them with a 160x picture for an avatar or email sig pic, but I want the fast/easy route if there is a faster way.

The above site has a limitation on the file size of the picture, and mine way exceeds it.

Photoshop will not do it, as it tells me it is an animated GIF, and if I resize it, I will loose the animation.

Nope, I know all about the Bucket, but not sure if it will work for a situation if I want to use it as a 160x120 avatar.
