OK - maybe this will help... I'm the one that would be doing the brochure design too - so I would have all the "stuff" electronically.
It is essentially doing two sites (OK, one design, two versions of text - English and Russian) Site will be 5-6 pages of content. Scope: Use elements from Brochure development to maintain a cohesive design.Anybody?(includes using existing logo, copy, photos and design elements)Includes flash elements to enhance visual interest for navigation, menus, photos and video clips(slidehows/photo navigation/video clip handling, etc.)Includes downloadable link for PDF version of brochure

When I was doing my computer business here in Santa Fe, I did some research on how much other business were charging. I took into account factors such as; does the business go to the customer's house, hourly rate at customer's house or in shop, what computer related actions are performed, and so on. I then took an average of these rates, considering work being done, and put my price in the middle. Since, this was not my full time job, I could afford to do this.
I would recommend searching out other web site business and see what they charge per hour. Since anybody today can create a web page with software provided by the web hosting company. However, as non-web people may or may not know, building a web page takes some serious time and effort. I would probably ask for a per/hourly rate. I think if you go on page, they may try to take advantage of this by stating they want this tweaked on this page, and this tweaked on that page. By the hour; what ever time you put into it, you get paid for it. If it was me, I would ask for 75/hour. |

Which way did you go with the brochure?
Anyway, put it up for bid at these sites, get multiple quotes the same day: http://www.elance.com/p/learning-cen...-it-works.html http://www.scriptlance.com/?utm_sour...glescriptlance
