Network tool

I was doing some research over on DSL Reports forums on routers (yes, mine is acting up, going to replace it) and ran across a link for a cool app that looks at your network.
http://www.mywebattack.com/gnomeapp.php?id=106049

Going to give this a try and see what all it does.
Anyone hear of this tool?

Greetings,
Beware of software that is offered free and is offered to be a "network Utility." If you don't know code, you never know what your getting.
