MP3 splitter

Anybody got a good freeware MP3 splitter? I tried Mega splitter, but it has problems with files that are as big as 270 MB.

I used Audacity and MP3 Workshop, both can be found with Google.

I forget which one I used for the YotaTech 4 year anniversary, but I stitched together 3 MP3s into one, and it worked great.

I beleive it can both stitch and break them up into smaller portions.

Thanks, just tried those but they didn't seem to work right.
