dude that soooo sounds like a memory issue to me....i know you tried different RAM....I build a computer for my father and used the wrong memory for the mobo and I the same problem....then on this laptop I'm using now I bought some defective PNY memory and it did the same exact thing again, extremely slow and lots of blue screens....other then that what can it be? defective mobo? it sounds like you tried everything....good luck man

The only thing that I can think of is possibly a defective mobo. I've tried everything that I know. I've built quite a few machines before and I've never had this much trouble. The memory I've tried has been three different brands along with two different speeds....crazy....

I'd guess it was the mobo then....I'd verify the exact speed you need....test the ram in a different machine if everything checks out then try it on your mobo, running the bare min. and if it dont work, exchange the mobo

I'm running that same board, except it's the deluxe version. I'm running two 512 - PC 3200 DDR memory sticks with no problems.
