Kodak Easy Share V610 Digital Camera

Hey guys,

I've been looking at this camera for a little bit. Kodak is a good brand, my girlfriend loves hers and if I get an extended warranty it'll be perfect.

This camera has a 10x optical zoom, only one of its size. It's 6.1MP...MORE than what I'll need. Has good shooting modes and such.

Here's a link to the Kodak page:

http://www.kodak.com/eknec/PageQueri...q-locale=en_US

The best price I could find from a reputable dealer is Buy.com, $292.

Let me know what you guys think about it!

Fink

So does anybody know anything about this camera, any opinions? Ideas? Other recommendations?

Well I have an older 3.2 easy share thats more than adequate unless your needing the zoom or the bigger pictures.

More megapixels=bigger photo, 3.2 is more than enough for most people.

Yeah...I do like to take really big pictures and then use them as desktop wallpapers or order prints and use them as cheap christmas presents and stuff.

The zoom was a big thing for me on this one.

Then I would say your choice is good, only other models I would look at are canon. My mom, cousins and aunt have them and they are nice cameras.

Hope that helps
