Question iTunes 7 any good?

I thought I heard somewhere that iTunes 7 was trouble. Anyone running it? Is it better?
Thanks in advance.

Yes, there are a few problems such as 5.1 surround sound no longer working, but the fix is in my thread above.

There are two people here in my unit that very shotly after install it started slowing the machine, then blue screen of death requiring a formatt. Both were upgraded installs.

I just put a new HD in my machine and installed 7.0 from the start, seems to be just fine for me.

Been talking to more people, seems with I tunes 7 installed you have no power options on laptops, just checked and mine is this way now. Going to try removing Itunes 7 and see...

Apples & Windows are a bad mix.
I am stuck using iTunes though since I have the iPod, and wish to purchase quality music.
