Google PC and OS on the way?

"But today, there's a different wolf at the door. Although Microsoft is still flush with $40 billion in cash, it is Google Inc. that the media industry fears most. So intense is Google-fueled paranoia, in fact, that industry watchers believe the Internet search giant could drive profound changes in the media, entertainment and technology landscape in 2006."

Gotta love competition

"oh darn"! haha. more power to 'em. it's nice to see someone else proving seriously competitive against M$. i fully expect that at some point, google will buy or otherwise absorb firefox. it would be the google browser, and it would kick some redmond butt.

yea thatd be great

i wonder if itll be compatible with existing windows products... itd have to be in order to compete.

i mean i know i dont need word or excel but file compatibility with my existing documents would be nice.

beyond that, how about other products i have.. like my pda/gps device for example?....

id love to see google eat a part of MS' market share.

I could care less about the machine. All I want is the OS, and I know that's in the works.
