As a computer guy myself, I've heard too many bad stories about Geek Squad. I would never recommend them to anyone. A Best Buy recently opened in my area, so I'm waiting to hear the local stories surface...

I do pc repair, A+ certified for 7 years, and this isn't the first story I've read or heard about geek squad. I've seen and repaired some of thier doozies when I was living and doing my self employed repair business out of Los Angeles.
