The site, newly launched as an extension of the popular Mac support site, Macosx.com, provides expanded Windows and Linux support.

Support includes not just forums (where you can find anywhere, like here on Yotatech) but also Personal Support, where you ask your question and a volunteer tech will get back with you to work on the issue through the web and email.
