Fast upload proggram

I'm using FTPxplorer to upload these videos I got of me offroad. It's going incredibly slow. Is it my connection to the server? The program? What? It's so slow there's got to be something I can do.

Sounds like it is your ISP.
Go here, and post your results.

Choose the closest city to you.

PS, moving this to the PC section where it will remain nearer the top.

Corey is right. Sounds like your ISP capped your upload speed. Who is your carrier? I have Optimum online and my upload speed is worst than a 56k modem. Since I don't do much uploading or running a webserver, I can live with it. But when I do, I'm switching to DSL.
