Browser snafu with laptop

My laptop is running Win 98 as it is a 233 PII.
This problem just started today, and I can not find the cure for it.

This pic is kind of hard to see, but on my main PC you can see UT 2004s web admin access page, and it has the logos at the top of the page along with the links to click on to navigate.
Screenshot of both

On the laptop the logos are gone, and I can not click on anything to navigate that page.

It worked perfectly for the past few weeks since we have had the UT server up, and it just did this a few hours ago.

I looked in IEs settings and can not figure out why only part of the page is showing.
Any clue what is going on here?

Fixed...
In the code for the URL was an entry for the default area, and it was doing something weird.

Here is what it should have looked like, I found a screenshot I had taken a few weeks back.

Strange how a bit of extra line in the URL could have thrown it off like that with no area at the top showing the logos and other links to click on.

Just glad it is fixed, as I use the laptop to monitor who is in the game, and also if need be, ban a cheater

Time for you to update your main PC
