Best Photo Organizer software

Hello Toyota Owners.

My question today is in regards to Digital Imaging, What software are you using to organize all your Digital Camera Software ? I've been Using the Photo Organizer in Adobe Photo Elements 3 But find it VERY CRAPPY, for example if I move a picture threw windows explorer it messes up the organzer and I need to re-catalouge everything.

Anything better out there ? What are you guys (and Gals) Using.
