Back up your files!!!!

My laptop apparently deleted all my files (39gigs apparently somehow!!). All I was doing was deleting some unused printer drivers... ugh anyway long story short, I'm checking the drive to see if I can recover my files but it looks like I can recover only 5 gigs worth of crap....

Debating whether to send it off to one of those places to see if they get it but I'm losing hope....

BACK UP YOUR STUFF!! I guess I just gotta learn the hard way...

The one computer I feel that I don't need to backup, it takes a dump.... POS....

Funny you should mention this... my Dell laptop at work was just declared DOA today. Fortunately, all my work is on the network. I did lose some personal stuff I had saved though...

seems like it's been a trend lately... my laptop died a week ago, but fortunately, I always back everything up to my server, that has RAID and it too is mirrored to pervent data loss, then I burn all my other stuff to CD that can't be replaced.....
