I'm with you nags. Lets hear from some of you, I've tryed JPG and BMP formats, adjusting the size in photoshop, and more but my avitar is still fuzzy and tiny. Could it be that the original picture is at too high of quailty? Most of my digicam pictures are at about 1 meg.

i'd put mine in, and it would be too big, so i would shrink it a bit, try, shrink, try, shrink try till it allowed me to put it in. i don't know if jpeg or bmp or any of that means anything. who knows.

Well I just take my high-res pictures and use the XP tool called ImageResizer its free here:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/d...powertoys.mspx
And just right click on my picture I want to use and pic custom and pick a size like 150X120 or so pick what you like and keeps the photo about right, just get something you like and remember for the next time pretty easy to use and has nevered failed me yet no need to use a big program like photoshop just to resize a picture real quick.
Enjoy

Thanks Scofco,
Never noticed the save for web option before, I'll play around with it until I'm happy with it. I'll probably give WT's suggestion a try when I'm back on the PC, but for now I like working with PhotoShop CS.

PS 7.0 and a WindowBlinds4 skin called XP Corona.

The normal XP skin up and vanished one day and I can't get it back, so I just installed WindowBlinds instead. I forget what XP is supposed to look like to be honest.
