Laptop GPS - any recommendations?

Hey, all!

I apologize if I placed this in the wrong area. Didn't know whether this was GPS/Communication or Computers. So I panicked and stuck in off-topic.

Who makes a decent laptop GPS system? I'd like to get into geocaching and there are some mountain bike trails with GPS coordinates I'd like to check out.

Any recommendations?

Thanks!

I've tried Fugarwi, OziExplorer and MS Streets, and each one has it's pluses and minuses. MS streets is great, for streets, and the other two are OK for off-road, but I'm still looking for one that will cover both street and off-road, using my own scanned maps.
I use it driving and flying, so I want something versatile and simple. I can plug in my Garmin (older G38) and my GPS bug, which is a great toy, but must be used with the laptop.

I posted the identical question in the GPS/Comms forum a couple weeks back.
