GPS Software Help with POI's Garmin Nuvi 360

Just bought myself a Garmin Nuvi 360
https://buy.garmin.com/shop/shop.do?cID=134&pID=6291

Sweet little unit, Text to speech, MP3 player, Picture Viewer, Has blue tooth so it interfaces with my Phone flawlessly, which was the big selling point.

My Question: I've been loading in POI's (points of interest) So far I've Loaded Every Beer store in Ontario, All the Liquor stores in Ontario, and the Tim Hortons

Problem is when I go to select my POIs it puts them all together, in one long list. I was hoping it would give me a directory listing. IE: BEER STORE, TIM'S, BOOZE, etc

Anyone know any tips or tricks for POI's, is there a way I can sort all these ?

If you haven't already, download this from Garmin. Makes life easier.

In your "Custom POI" folder create sub folders and name then "Tim's", "Beer Store", "Booze", "AA Meetings ", etc, etc.... This should work.

Now when you hit Custom POI the subcategories will show up instead of 1 long list

Some units have a bug, You have to have at least 2 sub folders with at least 2 POI's each B/4 they will show up on the screen, but it sounds like you have that covered.

That was Trick. THANKS MAN! Deleted all Custom POI's I had loaded. Than created sub folders for each (you are right you need more than 2) Reloaded the POI's and they now show up the GPS in separate folders.

This little unit just keeps getting better and better

Thank you VERY VERY Much.
