Cool cb help

Sorry if i posted this in the wrong thing.I have a cobra 25 i need a place to mount.Any suggestions? pics? anything

I mounted mine under the steering wheel.


Kind of makes getting in and out interesting, but it doesnt affect driveability at all.

Most importantly, put the CB where you don't kink the antenna / coax cable leaving the CB.
Second most importantly, put it where it fits.

Have to say that since you didn't ask where to put the antenna.

I have a 91 pickup and mounted mine under the ash tray down where that plastic cover goes , directly in front of my shifter. Took a little doing but clears the ash tray and the shifter. Coax bends kinda into a 90 degree angle, but no problems so far and I do run some power. I'm running an old Uniden PC66, pretty much the same as your Cobra. At this point it doesn,t look real pretty but it works!!!! Going to pick up another cover to cut up and cover the mounting so it looks a little better as far as install apperance.
