Rear speaker problem for dummies!!

Hi fellow yota owners,

I just bought a 1992 trd pickup. I took the factory headunit out and plugged my JVC in. Followed all the directions on installdr and the rear speakers won't work at all.

I know that this isn't the first time this is brought up but I looked it up and can't quite figure it out.

Can someone explain how to fix this problem. My rear speakers have those weird amps attached to them, which I've never seen before in any other of my vehicles.

Thx to all
