Rear speaker not working

So i have had this problem for some time now but just got around to trying to figure out what is wrong... and im baffled...

The rear pass. speaker doesnt work, UNLESS i push the cone in with my fingers at the very top of it, then it sounds brand new? What can I do to fix this? Or is it time to just buy some new noisemakers?

Thanks,
Evan
