Polk audio in 07 Tundar Crewmax, will they fit???

I have been doing a little searching on here and have found some mixed information and I was wondering if anyone could verify if the following Polk audio speakers are direct replacements for an 07 crewmax w/o JBL system???

Front: Polk 6" x 9" Model #: DB691

- Crutchfield says they won't fit and but circuity city says they will.......will i need an adapter kit for the install or is crutchfield correct in stating they wont fit????

Rear: Polk 6.5" round Model #: DB651

- Both Crutchfield and circuit city say they will fit .......will i need an adapter kit for the install??

thanks for the advice in advance

6x9''s in the front? I'm pretty sure those will not fit. you don't want 6x9''s in the front anyway. Crutchfield is pretty good, they know they're stuff

I found out on tundrasolution.com that they will fit, i just need to use the old speaker adapters. Here's the write-up

well I guess they do fit, but I would see about putting like 6.5s up front. ovel(sp) speakers produce more bass because of they're shape. but they're shape also allows for more distortion and therefore at high levels(vol. and power), will have a less sound quality.
