what's with my access limits? and avatar issues

I am unable to reply to threads due to lack of accessibility or something like that and I cant get my digital photos small enough to put an avatar. I got them down to 140x105 pixels but the file size itself is 22kb+. Help please

You will not get any help in the section you first posted this in, as that is the "Check out my truck" section which is closed to replies, it is a place to show off your rig.

What area are you trying to reply in?
Like I mentioned here, not all forums have reply access.
Some are read only.

Of you have your avatar hosted on Photobucket, you can edit on there down to the correct size
