Mobile website

Through out the day I will check the boards on my blackberry using Opera mini as a browser. Today on lunch break, out of the blue yotatech came up as a mobile website I personally hate it, and would rather browse the site in its full intended layout and colors. I have the ability to scroll and zoom around as needed. Is there anyway to revert back to the old? Most cell phones can turn any website into a mobile friendly site these days.

I concur. The new "Yotatech FOrum Mobile" sucks arse.

I could see it fine as it was.

Change it back or at least give mobile users an option

I have forwarded the info to tech.
Before I could not surf the site with my LG Dare phone, everything was to big.

Funny thing is that Expedition Portal works just fine on my phone, it auto sizes and I can also see all the pics just fine, it autosizes them to the full width of my phone.

Let me try something.
There is an area to adjust stuff for mobile users.
It is set to assign you the YodaMobile theme.
I can tell it to use the default one which is YotaTech Extreme Sizable fonts/w mud.

I am going to change it, let me know if your surfing is back to normal.

*note to self* DO NOT SELECT YodaMoible as the theme from your desktop.... you cannot change it and it creates a stripped down version of the board that you cannot do much with.... and you cant change it back without the help of another mod

MODS: pelase see the staff sections for my help request thread...

..... ok everyone can stop laughing now.

........ really its not that funny.

........ do i need to break out the banhammer?!

You are welcome guys.
And yes, I too selected the YodaMobile theme from my desktop yesterday and much to my horror I saw a stripped down skin that showed no pictures.

The only way I could change back was to hit the back key in my browser which took me to the default skin which is set to Extreme sizable fonts w/mud, and I used the skin drop down list in the lower left corner and selected another skin, then once that took, I switched back to the mud one again that I use.

Now in that stripped down theme if any of you are brave enough after reading this to try it, there may be a link at the top to your Control Panel.
If so, you would be able to fix it from in there too, but I am not clicking on that theme again to try it

I can take it off from the selection list, for desktop users, I will look into it later.
Scary 'eh

Yeah, the only way is to hit the back link.

Nope, unchecked that skin and it still shows up in the list.
I have an email in to see what can be done about this.
