Laggy ADs

I have been crawling at a snails pace here for probably 2-3 weeks. I thought it might have been a routing issue at first, so I waited.

I've been noticing that the hang-ups are not due to Yotatech.com, but, rather the google ads. Ever notice that its connecting to German, Japan and other international servers?

Is there any way to fix this? Its pretty annoying
