how to get more flex out of my 92 4runner

i have a 92 4 runner running 33x12.5 and i was wondering how i can get some more flex. cause everytime i go wheeling my tires come off the ground..

Not sure what your suspension setup is, some details about that might help get more pointed answers.

Disconnecting the front sway bar (at least) will help:

Ball joint spacers up front and loosening the front torsion bars can also help with flex up front:

Make sure the shocks are not limiting travel, either up or down.

In back, see if any of the suspension links are limiting travel. With a suspension lift, a panhard bar drop bracket can help reduce binding by keeping the rear axle more centered under the vehicle:
