Only one suggestion from me... don't capitalize the first letter of every word in your post. It makes it incredibly difficult to read. As far as the transmission idea... I think the engineers at Toyota would have thought through every possible scenario. You could probably do it, but I think the gain (if any) wouldn't outweigh the hassle, time, and money it would take to do it right. But hey, that's just me, and perhaps someone with a little more fabrication experience would think differently.

with out a body lift it would be hard to move the trany back as the floor is in the way better to just divorce the t-case and equal out the d-shaft as far as gravity all the drive trian is low as possible why move it back
just my.02

moving it back was more to trasfer more weight to the rear to help with traction on the rear tires

I'm thinking this is going to be WAY more work than the benifit.
To get more weight, you can buy sandbags, and put them in the bed, and would probably work better than a transmission move. If you just want to do the swap, then i think it is possible, but i forsee a ton of problems cropping up, resulting in messed up transmissions. For example, if this shaft isn't perfect, and it breaks, could mess stuff up. I see the torque on the casings you build for this being a problem. I see drive shaft angle becoming a problem. If you have a couple to work with, to try things out on, i'd say go for it. Just my .02

Would be better to just swap in something with a rear transaxle IMHO
