Looking for someone to reweld an ARB bumper for a 1 inch body lift

I got a 1 inch body lift on my 4runner and now there is that 1 inch gap between the ARB bumper and the body. I am looking for someone near Sonora, CA that knows what to do to raise the bumper up that 1 inch. I would do it myself but I have minimal welding experience and I do alot of winching, so the welds need to be pefect. PM me if anyone is interested for the job

Or just leave the bumper as-is and possibly install a 1" piece of trim between the bumper and body, or even just paint the exposed, unpainted body:
