just installed 63 chevies in rear

I just got my rear springs in the rear but. my concern is when i welded the front perches in I could only get to 3 sides. the perches are pretty long i got about a 8 inch very clean bead along the outside and 2 inch front and back. but i couldnt weld the inside due to the gastank on passengers side and exhaust on the drivers side. Is this something to be concerned about when flexing out and adding pressure on it??

yes and no

Ideally, all four sides should be welded, but you can drill two 9/16" holes in the bottom of each hanger (don't go through the frame) and weld/fill the holes.

That's what I did and it's held up fine for several years of abuse.

That is what pretty much everyone does. On my 4Runner I have the passenger side fully welded and the driver side like you said. It has been beat so hard the engine started to dis-assemble itself. You'll be fine.
