jsnby's SAS'd 1992 4runner
before...
after... click on this link for all my specs/pics: http://www.geocities.com/jsnbyh/sas AJ from Bentup.com did all the cutting/welding. He's frickin' awesome. A great guy. Some quick specs... Trail-Gear 5" springs f/r 35x12.5r15 BFG MT on 15x8" rims 5.29 gears Detroit rear Detroit EZ locker front still need a front drive shaft. I'm getting a new tie rod...i don't like weld on inserts. I'm running chevy 1-ton tie rod ends. Once i get that from partsmike, i'll be able to put on the steering stablizer from TG. We started yesterday, april 29, 2006, at 6:30 am. We got everything but the rear shocks done by 1am last night. We finished it up this morning, april 30, 2006. I love it. Best thing i ever did to my truck. After all that, i can finally put this sticker on: ![]()

there's not much mechanically involved....just rebuild the axle.....it's more the of the cutting and welding that takes the time/skill. search....there's lots of info out there.

after it was all said and done, it was near $4k. That's all the parts, tires, labor, gears, lockers, everything.
