Yes, with the body lift you will either have to remove the grill guard, or modify the mounts.

Then the mounting brackets will need to be modified. Lots of ideas on the page I posted above. If you think spacer/brackets would work, send over some dimensions and I'll see if something can be fabricated.

To bad Manik's dont bolt to the bumper. your just full of useless info today aren't you? First that kids tire thread, and now this? Why dont you try reading a post, and actually knowing what your talking about. Misinformation is a HUGE frustration and big step backwards for people looking for real advice, either offer up some genuine help or shhhhhh.....
