Thanks and thanks. The front looks kind of mean I think
This is my first coiled rig and Im going to have to play with it for while to get my spring rates, anti-squat, and that crap just right, but I think its cool and am REALLY looking to foward to getting it on the trail. It seems to me that a lot people on these boards "know" way more than theyve ever experienced. Wheeling pics speak a 1,000 words <----a 1,000 posts too Get me on the trail! over

Well, I tried to take it riding once and the front 3 link geometry was bass-ackwards and I had to rebuild it. The vertical seperation was LESS on the axle the on the frame -----> BAD! This allowed the pinion to rock back and forth about 70%
When I test drove it I only went up hills and it was rocking down but I coulndt see it from in the cab The first time I took it out I went down a really steep hill the it rocked up into the top link. So I had to redo the suspension.I fabbed this to test my calculations and took it for a trip around the block. Then I decided to dump the clutch in 1-low and see how not bracing a bracket works. ![]() The I built it again and braced it well and did the dumping the clutch in 4wd, 4hi, 4low, 4lowlow on the pavement test and everything held up. Remounted my ram and out a cooler on it too ![]() Shout out to Poly Performace for my new springs ![]() Safty first

Thanks!
Im picking up some 2" .375 DOM link material this week from Keith Bailey at The Off Road Connection. Its only about $18 a foot I also am switching out my springs for some that are a little more stiff. Can't decide about my exo-cage I'm not a fan of the jungle gym ones, but I love how my buddies buggy can take a full roll over and keep on going without a pause. Im not sure if Ill even like a simple one. Body damage isnt a concern, BUT this is a clean truck for now Maybe the main cage could come throuh the roof a little and look like a roof rack and the stinger would keep me off of the widshield?

Thanks Yes, its a 3.4 and luckily it wasn't hurt.I was welding, grinding, and torching that morning and when I came back that afternoon every window in my house was blacked-out. Usually when the fire truck comes to my house Im driving it and the lights and sirens aren't on Fire investigator/Tachedoutoffroad president (me) has determined that something hot started a tiny fire which smoldered for seven hours and did $49,800 worth of damage to my house. PLUS all our stuff The truck is just kinda melty. The roof, whole passenger side, mirrors, and interior panels are gooey. My home owners insurance doesn't cover my truck and I havent insured it because its not street worthy yet . Im going on a week long, high profile ride in July that I cant talk about, so Im lucky that the house didnt totally burn and destroy my truck. Nobody was home and staying up welding in the garage is something that Ive done 1,000 times before and then gone to bed I was lucky that this happened during the day, in an empty house.

My truck finally has a name
The Dragon Wagon I thought that "The Phoenix," "Smokey," and "Burnt Truck" were all kind of "homosexual." I plan on going riding every weekend this month so hopefully there will be a few good pics to post A friend in my club is going to paint it for FREE too! OD green anyone??
