Cost to have backhalf of frame replaced?

I have an 88 4x4 with a solid body but the back half of the frame has some rust, especially where 25 years of dirt and stuff accumulated between the gas tank and the frame.

I could possibly do it myself, but I'd rather get the truck back on the road sometime soon since it's my only truck.

Anyone have an idea of the aproximate cost to have a shop replace the back half of the frame? (truck is already stripped down except for suspension)

Thanks

Why not find another frame and move everything over to that. You can find them on CL's all day long.

Well believe me its not real cheap to do right anyway! but go for a whole frame! but you might as well replace everything that you find bad when u tear it down including bushings, brake/fuel lines, bolts, and everything in between... otherwise your just setting ur self up for having to replace parts later that would probly be easier since you are there anyway.
