building a rear bumper out of steel

i have channel, flats and angle to build with, please help me out and post some pics of ideas and possible ways to reinforce it so i can tow with is also, i am clueless on custom fab work for the most part

SEARCH!!!!!..theres a guy not too long ago that made a bumper for a 3rd gen 4runner..search for it..it was quite nice looking!..and should help ya out

Camo is right. I searched a lot before I built mine and it did take some time but I was good to take the time to search.
