Using Ruff Stuff Brackets for some of the links
4 link with 2" .250 wall DOM and 1.25" JJ all the way around
Front Jeep Waggy D44 5.38 and Electric locker, Yukon shaft, alloy USA joints
3 link with panhard

cooool...sounds like a plan. I would recommend using something like this for your tie rod hydro mount. Ballistic JUST came out with 1.25" clamps but you can use bigger and just sleeve the rod. The adjustability is nice and keeps your tie rod from flopping back and forth with the Trail gear mounts (I have the TG hydro kit)

Posing

gutted

Well my wife told us we had to keep the bed, but we talked her into the truth

Good bye bed

Uh no!

We had to rebuild the turbo tranny, it was not downshifting very well into second, and from 1st to 2nd it was real tight. Most people thought it was the synchros, but nope turned out to be a busted snap ring.

Cage started on the back half, after the sliders were built.

Here is a shot of the tranny and t-cases put together after the 4.7 gear install too. I will see if I have more pics of the gear install on another camera.

So how much actual time has elapsed on this build. I love the instant gratification thread, but in actual hours?

Andy
