Got home from work last night....9:00pm
REMOVED BED FROM TRAILER !!!!! from a scale of 1-10 the doner bed is a 9 !!!!!
$100.00 out the door!!!!!!

Woah it's sasquach !! Lol jk. You doing it all with a cutoff wheel?? That's what i did mine with and it came out pretty good. Couldn't imagine using a sawzall..

Can't wait to see it all done up.

Where did you find that bed? I looked everywhere within driving distance for that style bed for my 88 but ended up going with a 92. So Jealous!!!

We are using wire wheels on the grinder, wire brushes, and anything else we can find to dig rust out. Patch panels, bondo to smooth it out, fiber glass, under coating.

Found an old door to make the patch panels

nobody out there can media blast it or dip it for you? its probably not as much as you think, and probably the only way your going to get all the rust anyway.
