Mine is the ARB Prado bar #3421010, there is one for the Tacoma too.
I like the fact that mine sticks out past the flares to protect the flares from rocks. I also left it down approx 1/2" because the frame flexes so much when the suspension is articulated. The bumper still moves enough to come into contact with the flares.

I had to "drop" mine an inch to get it where yours is at. It is also out an inch from the front. As opposed to where yours is under everything. I just think mine is a complete screw up and arb wouldn't do anything about it.

I also have the Prado bar and it sticks out past my SR5 flares. It doesn't bother me at all.
