Ammo Can slider build--bed storage
Great idea-ammo can bed storage on sliders, very easy access.
The guy did a very nice write up on it. http://ttora.com/forum/showthread.php?t=102384 He has some cool tools, but I think some of the fab work could be done with a vise and BFH. Might try this in my '05 with a 20mm can I have ![]()

i agree with you guys, i was on my break at work (night shift sucks) and thought it was kind of cool at first...I am an old lazy fart...too much work to avoid undoing a bungee cord to pull out my ammo box..

I wonder how the slides are holding up. There isn't much strength with them laying down like they are. Some weight and with it pulled out I would think that they would bend.
Looks great. I like the idea. It may be better, wouldn't look as nice tho, if the slides were mounted upright to the sides.

VERY awesome .. I love it ..
here's a guy that came up with an idea , and built it .. and i'm sure it works great for him . propabally spent way to much time building it .. but isn't that what it's all about ? not an " off the shelf " that so many suppliers selling others peoples stuff , trying to make a buck , but a 1 off .. I LOVE IT ! .
