84 frame swap

Recently my good friend bought a 84 sa 4x4 pickup with a REALY rotted frame

And I've enlisted myself to help him frame swap it. This is meant to be a fun summer project/ challenge between school years. So the candidate for the swap is a 91 pickup 4x4 frame with minimal rust. But we live in the northeast so minimal has a different definition.
So after an hour of taking off random brackets and hitting little things with the new found air chisel we had a frame that needed to be grinded.
After about 4 hours a couple curse words 12 cutting disks 1 smashed thumb and 2 harbor freight grinders lifetime no questions asked warranty we had a stripped frame that needed to be sandblasted and painted

We will be using the trail gear swap kit for the mounts and stuff
Other details:
22r carb
84 frame and axels
W56 transmission kinda wish it had the early transmission with the top shift transfercase
95 body and box in rare good condition
Block lifted rear
Spring lifted front
An atroshious 3 inch body lift
Welded rear
33s probably stock gears but who knows
And that's pretty much as far as it's gotten.
Updates soon

Why not build a new one because I'm 15 and we already had this one from one if the trucks I parted out. So it was a cheep easy alternative to spending a pile of money
