7mge swap question

well i finally decided to not rebuild my entire motor and just give it a head gasket swap. i mean i filled the dry radiator turn it on for like 2 minutes and i see water spilling form the bottomr of the exhaust header so need a new gasket there too.. i dont hink my motor internals are bad when i replaced my timing chaing that caused the blow everyint looked good. knowing all the water pretty much drains out there i dont thin its all sitting in there..

my question is anybody out there done this swap on an automatic i have a 1985 4runner and i was thinking of doig the swap but nobody seems to have done it on a automatic is it harder? i was thinking of just getting a motor off ebay. but dont know those cars around here go for 1000+.

any info you can give me would be great thanx

I dont know anything about auto's but try supracharged.com, thats where i got all the info to figure out my 7MGTE swap. The forum has quite a bit of info. Rob(aka superrunner) knows everything there basically is to know about getting it done, he runs the site.

ohh and when posting at least make an attempt at spelling and grammer so people know what you are trying to ask

One of two things will happen, I will die, or the truck will be finished. I'm not sure which will be first.
