2wd to 4wd conversion on class C RV
i have a 1986 Toyota Escaper 21' class C RV with 22re, rear dually, auto trans. is it possible and if so how can i convert this to 4wd and lift 3" to 4" and do i have to convert to manual trans? would like to keep auto trans.

My buddy has one of those too, at the least you would have to perform a leaf sprung Solid axle swap and acquire a transfer case for the 4WD, after you collect all the parts.
you should consider the 22R in the equation as well... just my .02 |
