1) I would like to change my own oil and replace my oil filter on my 91 pickup. IS this something someone with little to no knowledge could handle?
2) My left turn signals do not appear to be working and the arrow is clicking faster than normal. I tried checking the fuse by checking the turn signal fuse on the panel to the lower left of the steering wheel and that did not seem to fix the problem. Is it possible that a bulb could cause both signals to stop working? Did i check the wrong fuse? I did not check the fuses located under the hood and behind the panel beneath the glove box.
Any tips and or suggestions any of you can provide would be most appreciated.
Also, one more question. When I bought the truck I received a recall for the steering column that had not been replaced yet. Is the bunk steering column an immediate threat to my driving safety? Is it safe to do light off-roading (rough trails) without replacing the steering column?
