Ok, finally mounted my hi-lift up under my bed rail. I was tired of it sliding around in the bed when I was out wheeling, but don't have the $$$ for a Demello hi-lift bar, or even the "Loc-Rack", so I did this instead.
I had the steel and the aluminum stock at home, as well as the mounting bolts and screws. The only thing I had to buy was the 1/2" bolts, lock washers and wingnuts. I need to get some bigger washers to go in between the wingnuts and jack rail, but these work ok. Not bad for about 8 bucks worth of hardware. It's very secure and won't rattle loose. ![]() ![]() ![]() Please abide by Admin's rules and do NOT post in the thread. Thanks.
