CiscoJay's 1998 Supercharged Desert Dune 4Runner

I've had my baby since 2000, bought with 30k miles on it. It now has over 166k and it's venerable 5vzfe motor runs just like it did when I bought it. Up until the summer of 2007, it's been mostly stock with the exception of larger tires (BFG 265/75/r16s) and an Amsoil TS-115 foam air filter. I've abused the heck out of my rig, and it has held up suprisingly well (90% city/street/highway driving). It's starting to show signs of wear, but I'll never sell my baby...so care is taken when she's crying for some lovin'....specs below:

Specs:
1998 Desert Dune 4runner SR5
Dyno'd (@5900' altitude) 235whp, the Subaru WRX STI before me made only 202
3.4L 5vzfe V6
5-speed manual transmission
Sport scoop hood (non-functional but still worth atleast) 20-25hp

Modifications:
-TRD 2nd Gen supercharger
-URD 2.1" 10-11psi pulley
-URD 6 injector kit:
-318cc bosch injectors
-Walbro 190lph fuel pump (*loud* if I have less than 1/2 tank of fuel)
-Split Second FTC-1E piggyback ECU
-Stock Denso plugs (for some reason the stocks ran better than IK22's)
-Custom 2.5" catback exhaust with Magnaflow 24" straight through muffler
-SPEC Stage2+ Kevlar clutch
-Amsoil TS-115 foam air filter (I randomly swap out to stock paper filter, I don't seem to notice a difference)
-Performance Products H&R +1" lift springs
-Monroe Sensatrac shocks/struts
-BFG AT KO 265/75/r16 tires (fit perfectly stock and look awesome w/lift)
-TRD leather shiftknob (OEM knob finally fell apart on me, gotta go for the cool looks)

Stuff I've had to fix over time not including regular maintenance includes:

Replace steering rack ($1000)
Replace rear diff (under warranty), bad pinion bearing
Replace water pump (under warranty), leaking
Will eventually need to rebuild/replace front diff (sounds like carrier bearing going bad...vibrations coming from front diff)

Stuff I'd like to get in the near future:
Manual hub conversion (save on that front diff and gas mileage)
Detroit TrueTrac limited slip
AirAid intake
Decent 2.5" exhaust job (not necessarily a catback kit, $$$)
Better springs (something softer than the pp springs, they are nice but a little too harsh for my liking, even with the Sensatrac shocks)
Dual boost/AFR gauges on A-pillar (partly for function, partly for wicked looks)
A small little econo car to save on my rig's wear...15-17mpg is getting old

I definitely feel that I didn't go wrong getting a 4runner...why do you see so many 1st and 2nd gens on the streets still??? Cause they LAST, and their owners LOVE 'EM!!!!
