Hmmm... the J-Turn...

You go first, then I'll consider it depending on your results.

I have had enough "going firsts" for a little while with all my poor results this past Sunday.

I didn't really take to many pictures... I was to busy getting stuck, and then stuck again.

But, we hit the Sycamore area, 160 past Graveyard Tank and back around the shortcut to Sycamore.

Actually Elvis is not that hard and always has several ways through everything. One easy, one medium and one hard. The red truck could do it no problem.

If you think that my 4runner can make it then I'll go.

It can, when you get a choice, take the easy line. Some weenies even made a way around the squeeze, so in all honestly if you want to make the trail hard you can, if you want to make it easy you can. It is what ever you make of it.

Nice!! That actually looks a bit deeper than I thought.

The funny thing was I really wasn't even stuck... I just wanted you to get your shoes wet.

It was mostly rocks about half way out (where I was standing) and then it turned to sand. Steve hit the sand and just sunk like a rock. It was kinda funny as Steve informed us all to stay on the gas once we passed the middle, so we didn't get stuck, and then we all watched him go out and get stuck.

Not sure if it was lack of throttle or lack of sense to try it in the first place.

Since no one else volunteered to cross after I almost went under... I'll go with lack of sense on my part. I didn't seem to learn much from it though seeing I was door deep in a mucky pond some 45 minutes later.

I need to get some 46's pronto.
